Divergent Clothing Co. was founded by 12-year-old Malachi Rucker, who began his journey at age 10. Living with sensory processing disorder, a facet of autism, Malachi faced discomfort from certain fabrics and the judgment of others. He created Divergent Clothing Co. to provide comfortable clothing for those with similar sensitivities and to promote self-acceptance and celebration of uniqueness. The brand aims to empower individuals with neurodiversity, fostering a community where differences are celebrated and every voice is heard.
